Canceling an Order

Q: I wish to cancel my order. Is that possible?

A: We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests once you have completed checkout.

However, you can view the status of your order by going to "User Profile > Track My Orders".

Exchanging or Returning an Order

Q: I wish to exchange/return my wine bottle for another one. Is it possible?

A: Once the delivery order has been signed after checking, we are not able to process any exchange or returns.

Delivery Locations

Q: Can I deliver to an international address?

A: At the moment, TWGF only provides delivery within Singapore.
