When we think of egg tarts with a rich history in Singapore, no doubt Tong Heng Confectionery comes to mind. Many of us will surely recognise them for their signature diamond shape egg tarts. With a long heritage of nearly 100 years, Tong Heng wishes to preserve a slice of Chinese culture through their traditional Cantonese pastries. Through this project, TWGF hopes to likewise, preserve the timeless recipes of traditional local food while proving that wines and these local food can go in perfect harmony.
